Shipping policy

Delivery times

  • UK, US: 5-8 days
  • Europe, Canada, Australia: 7-15 days
  • New Zealand, Switzerland, Martinique, Denmark: 10-20 days
  • Norway, Sweden, Finland, UAE: 15-25 days

Shipping conditions

  • The shipping cost is 10€. Although BIOpads may, from time to time, offer free shipping.
  • You must ensure that the shipping address is correct and the contact phone number is valid.
  • The shipping company will try to deliver to the address indicated in the order. If this is not possible, you agree to pick up the order at the pickup point and time indicated by the carrier, following the standard rules of all delivery services. If you do not manage to pick it up on time, the order will be returned, and we will arrange a new delivery. There is no refund option for this reason.
  • You agree to accept delivery of the order. Refusing delivery does not entitle you to a refund.
  • PO Box: We prefer not to ship to PO Box because delivery is not guaranteed. The package is considered delivered when it is deposited in your box. Therefore, if you place an order with delivery to a post office box, we are not responsible for the correct delivery. You will take the risk (of course, you will have a shipping number assigned to you so you can track the shipment, and the delivery time does not vary either).
  • BIOpads indicates on its website the standard shipping times for each region. However, these times may be affected by the effects of the covid pandemic or high peaks in demand (e.g. Black Friday, because this campaign saturates all transport and delivery companies and is a matter beyond our control).
  • BIOpads provides its Website tools for you to track your shipment. You can also email us to have more information about the delivery.

Customs:

  • BIOpads takes care of customs for all orders within the EU.
  • BIOpads does NOT handle customs for countries other than the EU. So far, no customer has reported any issues in this regard (even for people who have purchased more than 10 units). The reason is that most countries have a limit of about $250 import value that is duty-free.

Shipping incidents

  • If the shipment is returned because you provided the wrong address or did not pick it up on time, a new delivery will be arranged. However, please note that this is a slow process. This is because the delivery companies are slow to process this type of incident. There is no refund option for this reason.
  • If the shipment is lost or misplaced: BIOpads will send a new unit. Unfortunately, there is no refund option for this reason.
  • If the delivery company delivers the order to the wrong address, we will tell you how to file a claim by email or through their website. With the proof of submission, we can send you the order again. There is no refund option for this reason.
