At BIOpads, we want you to feel supported and informed throughout your experience.
Please read our returns and exchanges policy carefully.
1. Return & Exchange Window
You have 30 calendar days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.
2. Hygiene Requirements
For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate garments can only be accepted if they are:

unused
-
unwashed
-
unworn
-
free of marks, stains, or odors
-
returned with the original hygiene sticker fully intact
If the hygiene sticker is not in place, we cannot process the return.
3. Orders of 1–2 Items
For small orders intended to try the product:

refunds are accepted
-
size exchanges are accepted
-
product exchanges are accepted
Provided all items meet the hygiene requirements above.
4. Orders of 3+ Items
Orders of 3 or more items include significant discounts.
For this reason and due to hygiene regulations:

refunds are not available for orders of 3+ items
-
exchanges are allowed
-
You may exchange for any product(s) on the website, as long as the total value of the exchange matches the total value of the returned items
5. Defective Products
If an item arrives defective:

we will send a replacement
-
refunds are not issued for defective items
-
defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
6. Shipping Issues
If your order arrives incomplete, damaged, or incorrect:

we will send the missing or correct item(s)

refunds are not issued for shipping or fulfillment errors
7. Intimate Cosmetic Products
Due to hygiene regulations:

cosmetic items cannot be returned or refunded once opened
-
if the product arrives damaged or defective, we will send a replacement
8. Shipping Costs

The customer covers the cost of sending back the return.
-
BIOpads covers the cost of shipping the replacement.
