The knickers are so soft, and the protection coverage is brilliant. They're soft and breathable to wear. My only negative about them is that they are quite small fitting. I got a size Medium. I'm a size 10-12 and I find them too small.

The best thing I've ever bought for my period. I don't feel like I'm wearing a pad, something I was worried about. I feel dry all day.

They fit true to size, they look small when they first come but you just follow the instructions.

The only thing is that once they are washed, they take a while to dry so I would recommend ordering two.

If you have a medium to heavy flow and want BIOpads for sleeping, I HIGHLY recommend these. They are so soft, comfy, secure in all the right places. Great absorbency without feeling like a nappy.

I use them with the cup, in case I have any leakage, and in the last days or days before I have little bleeding, as if I were using a panty liner, and it works very well. If your intention is to use it on the days of heaviest flow, I doubt it will work, but, as I said, as an accompaniment to the cup or as a panty liner, they are perfect.
